The Youth Group will be participating in the annual CROP Walk at the Sourland Mountain Preserve.  All are invited to join us on a socially distant walk on Sunday, October 18th, starting at 1:30 p.m.

We are seeking donations to support our walk.  Please consider how much you are willing to donate to support this mission.  Funds raised through the South Somerset CROP Hunger Walk will continue to support the Samaritan Homeless Interim Program in Somerville as well as the Food Bank of Somerset County in Bound Brook.

Donations for this cause from our church can be processed here:

Checks can be made payable to CWS/CROP and mailed to the church office.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Michelle Zgombic at

The NRC Women's Group recently held a dinner and Xscape Room outing in Somerville. We didn’t successfully complete our “mission” but had lots of fun trying!  Seeing how all our brains worked together (some of us more than others...) was amazing!  Stay tuned for the next NRCW event!

We are looking to plan the next social outing are seeking suggestions for activities/events/outings from ANY and ALL church women.

There are times when notification is received to fly the American flag at half-staff.  We are looking for a church member raise and lower our flag, located outside the sanctuary, when necessary.

The volunteer would enroll in the NJ Flag Staff Notification List via to receive email alerts and view the annual schedule.

Please contact the church office if you can fulfill this role.  Thank you!

The Hearts and Hands group has met several times over the summer, socially distancing in members' backyards, and look forward to the day when we can meet again in person.  Until then, the projects we are working on are "Knitted (crocheted) Knockers" for mastectomy patients and scarves for homeless vets.  If you would like to knit or crochet "knockers", contact Lynn Gardner at  She can provide the pattern and required yarn.  If you want information on scarves please contact Linda Kiefer at
