Clean Up & Wreath Hanging - December 5th at 8:30 a.m.
On December 5th (rain date December 12th), at 8:30 a.m., we will be having our annual Fall Clean-Up Work Day. In addition, outdoor wreaths will hung Every year seems to be more of a success than previous years. Last year we had 28 volunteers and I'm hoping we can exceed that number!
This year will be a little different as we will be following the current health safety protocols. Masks will be required, social distancing practiced and I will be unable to serve a pulled pork BBQ luncheon in person. However, I am still exploring options to possibly offer a "take-out bag".
With the great turnout every year, we are able to finish the various projects in 2-3 hours. This is a huge cost savings for our church and a great day of fellowship! I have a relatively short list this year, but leaf cleanup is always primary.
Gas powered blowers, leaf rakes, gloves and masks are the only tools needed. Please contact me (Jeff Bevan) directly if you are able to attend or the church office.
